Arrive Hochiminh, meet our representative then transfer to check in hotel. After check in, Dinner at local restaurant & Overnight in Hochiminh.
After breakfast, take a two hour drive to My Tho will expose the colorful outskirt life as well as picturesque rice fields along the journey. Have lunch sample the local delicacy, Elephant's Ear Fish at famous Mekong Rest Stop. Continue to drive to pier and get on a boat trip up Mekong River stop at Thoi Son island to visit honey bee-farm, coconut candy workshop. Then taste seasonal fruits, enjoy traditional folk songs at local people house. Walk along the village to see the authentic life of the local and challenge your bargaining power at cottage handicraft shops. An adventurous sampan ride in palm shading creeks will be the next experience of the riverside region, visit to the beautiful Vinh Trang pagoda. Returns to Hochiminh in the afternoon. Have Saigon Dinner river cruise & Overnight in Hochiminh.
After breakfast, then visit Ba Den Moutain and Cu Chi Tunnels
- 08.00 – 11.10: proceed to Tay Ninh province (+/- 3 hour drive).
- 11.00 – 12.00: Visit Ba Den Mountain, take cable car up to Van Son top, photo stop at the foot of the Buddha statue, the landmark "Roof of the South", visit some spiritual cultural complexes, learn about the Buddhist universe with 3D-mapping film technology, enjoy hundreds of unique art creations.
- 12.00 – 13.30: Take cable down & back to Tay Ninh city for Lunch at local resto.
- 13.30 – 15.00: Noon: continue transfer to Cu Chi (+/- 1,5hour drive).
Transfer for visit Cu Chi tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops. Lunch at local restaurant.
Back to Ho Chi Minh city. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hochiminh.
